Mental Health Resources
Farming can be a stressful industry with relentless pressures leading to chronic stress. We believe we can help Aussie farmers improve their mental health for the longterm by helping them build future-focused plant-based farms to meet the needs of today and tomorrow’s consumers.
For many farmers, the chronic stress that often comes with farming is too heavy a weight to carry forever. Operating a dairy or meat farm in particular is a stressful undertaking. Relentless pressures, changing consumer demands and the rise of meat and dairy alternatives, along with the nature of the job with its long hours and low hourly rate make farming a tough gig.
Our goal is to help you in the longterm by transitioning your farm to future-focused, plant-based agriculture for financial viability, to meet current and future consumer demand and improve your, your farm’s and your family’s outlook. We can’t do this overnight, but we can stick by you through the process.
Below you will find mental health resources available to you right now. You can access these whether you are feeling a bit stressed, or completely desperate.
